Actually i got that wrong ,the Foreign aid budget is 0.7% of
GDI not GDP and is not set by the EU but the UN .We passed 0.7% into law in March 2015 so even if she wanted to do something she can't .Apparently all the G7 countries where supposed to have a 0.7% GDI budget but at the moment only the UK bothered to do it ,all the rest simply ignored it
