Re: Future daesh Members ?

It's possible Daesh will recruit them.

From what I can gather, the problem is there is a massive gap between Muslim youth and Muslim elders. This is causing conflict and apparently a lot of resentment, particularly in the youth. Daesh are apparently very good at exploiting this resentment to their own ends.

That's not to say that this is an exclusively Muslim problem. It isn't. It is apparently worse within Islam though, and getting worse.

It's worth pointing out that banning Muslims from entering the country (as Trump has proposed in America) is unlikely to solve the problem. Daesh have made very effective use of social media to recruit members, so the recruiter doesn't even need to be in the same country. In fact, that solution is likely to have the opposite effect. Young Muslims may well feel their home country is banning them for no reason. After all, if they are innocent and still being treated like terrorists, this will cause resentment, which Daesh can then exploit.
