DS Forum is reporting that MTV Live HD has been removed from Sky EPG and also from Astra UK.
Still broadcasting on Virgin Channel 311.

Sky Movies to axe "Showcase" name next month.
What on TV says when Sky Movies rebrand as Sky Cinema on July 8th Sky Movies Showcase will be known as Sky Cinema Hits.
