Or tough titties to democracy unless of course you genuinely believe democracy really is as simplistic as a vote in a box every five years, for me that's not active participation, knowing why you're ticking that box, being empowered enough to have the knowledge to be confident of your choice and realising the opportunities each choice offers is democracy. For me the problem is not so much the result as I was never a massive remainer but it's how we got there as a people, would I be moaning if the result was reversed, maybe not as much but I'm sure I would be.
