He gave a referendum to stop ukip at the last GE and to keep elements in his party quiet and he never thought a leave vote would win. He is still the prime minister in title and doing bugger all to help except staying in the position stopping anyone coming in and sorting things out.

he's having a tantrum and wont play nice ,the problem is as we all know its wrong to spank a child even if it is a spoiled over privileged brat ,we can only hope he will soon pick up his dummy and start behaving himself before he ruins the country .
