Pretty sure Obama is going to go down as a decent President, below the top tier but in the tier below, with a good domestic record and a mixed foreign one. Domestically he did very well, better than almost anyone else, with handling the 2008 crisis. The interventions he made, especially in manufacturing, helped their economy recover faster and better than anyone expected. He got Healthcare reform passed which many Presidents had tired to do but failed. The biggest regret will be the 2010 midterms which really limited him from then on in. Still he got a Supreme Court justice passed.
