I think this will be all down to demographics and the grey votes rules!!
Take a look at the link below, but roughly 20% of the population is under 18 and can't vote. A few % are over 80 and may not be able to vote. I think a majority of people over 40 will vote leave, which gives a figure of roughly 44% and those between 18-40 is under 40% of the population who may vote remain.
If, as in Scotland, 16-17 years could've voted, that would've been key.
I think this result will be pretty clear cut and it will be for leave and my local bookies will be very, very, happy if I am wrong!
