I understand, from your posts previously that you are not a Christian and therefore the things that I wrote, naturally seem like nonsense to you. That is fair enough and I have no problem with that. But to practising Christians, it should be very relevant.

I don't know who Glenn Beck is, but David Hathaway is an Evangelical Christian of very long standing. There may be other buildings based on the TOB, but I seem to recall in the video that he says that the European parliament being based on the TOB in the painting is quite generally acknowledged.

For Christians though, the 90s poster should set alarm bells ringing, especially with the inverted stars, which are often associated with the occult.

Why anyone would wish to bring religion into a political debate is beyond me.

Old rule, "Never argue about religion or politics" seems to fit.

Whatever there's only 2 1/2 hrs before the polls close and we will get the result soon. Either in or out the will of the people will prevail and we must accept it.

As an aside this was posted by a Texan friend of mine on a site I Admin

"Being a native born Texan, I've long had a romantic affection for the idea of Texas seceding from the Union & becoming an independent nation of its own. Most Texans are fiercely independent & most feel the same way, but due to the immigration of so may Californians, fleeing their oppressive state government with ever increasing taxes & regulation, & Michiganders, fleeing their failed economy due to the loss of the manufacturing industry, our population has become quite diluted with Liberal minded folks who flee the damage they've caused in their home states, to a state that doesn't suffer those ills, only to immediately begin supporting precisely the same policies that ruined their state of origin.

It seems Great Britain may be suffering the same plight. I don't know much at all about the internal issues of GB. I only known what I see & hear on TV & the Internet, most of which is skewed one way or the other & hardly unbiased. So, I'm not sure what to think of Brexit, though, deep down, I favor any people who love independence & have a desire to 'make it on their own' & run their lives themselves.

There has been an active secession drive ongoing in Texas for years, called The Texas Nationalist Movement (TNM). I'm a contributor, though of late, I've become a bit disillusioned by comments coming from the upper echelons on their vision of a free Texas. They're starting to sound a bit Utopian & I fear they've been bitten by the bug to trend away from what made the United States the most successful nation in the history of the world, until recently, that is."
