I don't want to derail this thread; I tried to get discussion going on the faith thread regarding the EU. That seems the most appropriate place for it?
We're talking about leaders here, not the people who work in the EU.
The aim of some of the leaders of the EU is global government, and to them, the EU is a stepping stone along that route. Biblically we know that in the end times we will have global government, with a leader powered by the devil. Therefore there is a spiritual link between the elitists pushing for global government and those actually running the EU. Babylon was the first attempt at global government.
Germany has the Babylonian Ishtar gate, with links to occult deities; No one questions which country really runs the EU. The Bible is very clear that any occult idols or symbols should be removed because their presence can invite in demonic influence.

The question remains: Why would the EU purposely decide to put symbols associated with Babylon in their buildings and posters and include symbols commonly associated with the occult?
