Policy certainly needs to be changed regardless of the result of today's vote. It's a ticking time bomb.

I believe we do now have an Act of Parliament requiring a referendum before any new EU treaty can be ratified. |
Let's hope they don't just decide we don't need that anymore while the parliamentary majority supports staying in...
