The biggest change is it uses a new VOD system. Hopefully no differences are apparent yet, but once everyone is on the new software, we'll be able to start introducing new features.

Apart from that, the main UI change is the introduction of "Series Link+", which blurs the line between recordings and VOD.

That's arguable. TiVo engineers would tell you it is operating as designed. Whatever, it will delete your recordings if it needs the space regardless of the settings.

Setting everything to KUID is not recommended. Use it only for the most important recordings, and leave the rest at default.
