so, Friday last week I went on the EE forums as I couldn't log into my account, and basically got told to phone 150, which I did, they said they'd sort out my account, but meanwhile it would be quicker and easier to use the app on my phone, so they said they'd send a new SIM free of charge, which arrived today
it's the type where you can pop it out to be the size you want.
