We as customers, pay a lot of money for VM services. And therefore should expect at least 90% service.
With VM you always get excuses from CS. And you ask anyone on this forum, for they think of VMCS. and l guarantee it wont be good,.

Didn't you leave to go to Sky once and disconnect after a week as they were terrible as well.
