Not getting full speed 24x7 is not a fault, Kushan. Some visible contention at peak times is normal.

We as customers, pay a lot of money for VM services. And therefore should expect at least 90% service.

With VM you always get excuses from CS. And you ask anyone on this forum, for they think of VMCS. and l guarantee it wont be good,.
Basically every post you've made in the VM section is to complain about the service itself, the customer service or the pricing, although you did mention a while ago that you're getting a discount.

Sport, specifically football, is the major reason your service is so expensive. Your gratitude for that should be aimed at Sky and BT. They're the one paying enormous amounts to not show the UK very much of it. VM actively campaign against the high costs of football in the UK, and point out how poor the coverage is in terms of games shown versus games played.

You think customer service are idiots, that VM disable your TV and broadband for fun, and that VM, your words, con you, treat you like a mug and 'dictate what you watch'.

I have no idea why anyone would continue to take a service they think is so overpriced and poor from a company they dislike dealing with so much. Life is too short to spend it moaning.
