Very strange. Maybe VM said they'd do it for free for the Euros but would require payment for S4C's normal schedule. But as a PSB, I thought VM would take it at no cost anyway.

I thought the same as yourself regarding S4C HD- guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens with it on cable.
