I think because Sony co-produced it, AMC does not get to exploit overseas sales, that's up to Sony. Good reason for VM to get Prime onto Tivo.

We don't know except S4C HD will launch when it screens its first Euro 2016 match. (and will then go off air until the next match is shown).
