Just thought i would post a slight update:-

The Engineer fitted a second powered HDU into the property between the Set-top Box and Broadband in another room. The first powered HDU is fitted at the point where the connection comes into the property and attaches to the first Set-top Box.

Here are my current stats-

I have noticed that some T1 time-outs appear to be re-occurring, not sure if this is a major issue!

As someone has stated above T1 errors are known Hub faults and the engineer did state that i could change your modem, but due to current activation problems of new modems being installed today it would mean that you would have no internet for awhile due to them trying to work-through the back-log - So he decided against changing the modem and just done the above!
