How can it be fair that Brighton who finished 15 points ahead of Wednesday look likely to miss out, and tonight Walsall who finished 10 points in front of Barnsley are almost certainly out of it. 
Being constructive, my suggestion to give recognition to a teams season long performances would be a 1 goal start for every five points difference in the final tables, so Wednesday would have started at 0-3 and Barnsley at 0-2. |
Totally agree the play off nonsense brings nothing to the sport.
Cut the cup style crap out completely and use 3 up 3 down.
No second bites of the cherry for the also rans.
