It is. They want to trial powerline adapters. The things are useless and they should know this they've been told it enough times in the past, so I can't be bothered with it.
As for NDAs, that only applies to people they can enforce it upon, aka their staff.
The staff do all the trials, then when they're ready to release stuff they do a limited roll out first. They still call it a trial, but in effect its a roll out.
