As I pointed out to the woman on the phone I totally understand the £2.50 rise if I was getting the same service as Sky.
If I had Sky I could get all of their films in HD like Virgin had 6 months ago.
Now due to Virgin's infrastructure we get punished by having a very limited choice of HD films available through on demand through no fault of the customers.
