Last year our Council handed the cutting of grass verges and other areas to a private company. When they cut the grass in our area you would think the guy on the mower was Lewis Hamilton, he goes flat out and it was that bad once he churned most of the soil up. There is grass cuttings all over the pavements and it can get slippy when it rains. Last year some of us complained and there was a big imrovement, sadly this year the driver of the mower is back into top gear and there are grass cuttings all over the place. Seems like it is time to complain again.
