Council plans levy on premises selling alcohol after midnight

http://www.itv.com/news/london/2016-...fter-midnight/

Isn't it strange how councils come out with plans to raise extra money.
If its not increase of parking, or people dropping a fag.
Its council plans to charge extra to pubs to clean up the area, and to prevent anti social behaviour.

This is why pubs are going out of business.
Local authorities banned smoking in pubs. Pubs started going out of business.

There were SEVEN pubs near me, they are now Tesco, or OTHER TYPES OF SUPERMARKET.

Its about time Councils got off the backs of the public, thinking we have bottomless pits of money.

Pubs will only put prices up, and more pubs will go to the wall
