Not only has it gone up yet again despite there being a so called freeze.
My debit card has that verisign crap which I can never remember I say this type my details and it rejects the information I know to be correct, and as I cannot find my paper MOT cert I cannot take to the Post Office.
I used the phone number and just had to type in the same as online and it was accepted.
