If they don't want information to be released, then why send it to Media Boy in the first place? Sounds perverse to me. What is to stop MB leaking it anyway?

Personally, I would say it is most likely coming at the turn of the year. Unless, of course, the new Tivo is to be trialled from the summer... That could account for the discrepancy.
