yup, I have said many a time before that they would be better off not saying anything at all and just upgrading users as and when they are ready and it would be a nice surprise. Obviously it would put the PR guys out of business and VM wouldn't be able to willy wave in front of BT. I can only assume that their is a trade off between increased $$$ and **** poor customer service and that the number of new customers gained from advertising new tiers outweighs the number of customers who leave because they are sick of being lied to. You wonder what thick as **** **** works for VM and sorts this out though because they have outdone themselves this time. I thought it was bad before when they released a two year rollout plan and kept putting it back. I thought they had learnt from their mistakes this time though and wanted to go in the other direction and wow their customers when they said that 90% of the country was going to be upgraded before Christmas. I guess they just forgot to mention which Christmas it was going to be
