That certainly isn't confirmation of the channels "coming soon" to Virgin Media.
They don't give any time scale at all.
Sure, they will no doubt arrive on VM at some point and I do realise that the term "coming soon" has a for more flexible interpretation on this thread than it does in normal usage. My point was that ITV aren't actually confirming that these regional variations will be on VM any time soon.
