Nobody would ever keep me on for 2 hrs if all I was looking to do was cancel.

People will always have differing views and experiences on customer service , look at the Ofcom complaints figures to get the average.

I can only give my experience with Sky and they have always been helpful and on numerous occasions given me follow up phone calls.
