Well, as you said not a surprise but still very sad news.

Paul Daniels single handedly made me a fan of magic and the art of illusion and he will be fondly remembered by many I'm sure. I went to see him at the Bedford Corn Exchange around 10 years ago and even up close and personal, his magic tricks fooled me with ease. He really was a master of his art and magic at its best is pure artistry.
