There are other disadvantages.
The limited time that they add box sets for; e.g. they have just added season 2-5 of Game of Thrones for a paltry 3 months.
Current TV shows; they only keep four back episodes. When Amazon or Netflix get the rights to a currently airing show and add episodes weekly, they keep
all back episodes. There are several current shows that Amazon add weekly episodes of that I watch (e.g. Vikings). I wait until they've added the final episode of the season and then watch the whole lot. You can't do that with Now TV.
