Just had the upgrade phone call from VM are they getting mean with their offers?
1. No VIP £25 tariff anymore
2. Phone insurance is a separate add on to your monthly bill
3. Smart call ending soon
I have updated my phone but there does not seem any give in getting a better pay monthly contract, if you don't like the new tariffs your can always leave if you want to response from them
