VMB offer 2 types of product. There's a basic cable modem, very similar to residential but with a few differences. This is only available in areas that VM cover. They also provide managed internet access (MIA), which is basically a direct fibre link. This can be offered in some areas where there isn't VM network, as all telecoms providors lease fibres from one another. Looking at the sign on that DP I would say it's a fibre tray. MIA's aren't cheap, but if that's a redundant circuit in your building you may be able to save money on the install (not totally sure on that one though).
