Oh right! LG said that they were going to do it via the use of an app that they could turn on & off whenever they needed to. Must have changed their minds.
Do you know what 996 was showing before 7pm and after 9pm?
Edit: Could somebody with a non TiVo box please check if BBC1 HD, BBC2 HD, ITV3 HD, C4 HD and C5 HD are encrypted or not?
To check, you can just take out your smart card and see if the picture remains.
