Just had some fun and games trying to book up and upgrade to my broadband. Went online a week ago to book a date. Booked a Saturday slot as it's the only day I'm in. Got an email yesterday from Virgin saying that an engineer is booked and the date is a Tuesday afternoon!! Phoned up Virgin this morning and spoke to a nice lady called Diane who has booked me a slot on my original day
