Well I guess i need to call CS then
and if they send out a tech and he cant sort it thats what 28 day cooling off periods are for.

Nevermind, if they can't fix it I can leave with no penalty because my contract is under 28 days old. I just dont know who to go with. BT always gave a solid 40mb on basic fibre but that was getting expensive plus I'm due to be disconnected on Monday so I'll incur all sorts or reactivation fees I'm sure. Anybody know if sky have a half decent router on their fibre package yet?
