If I had a stable connection with bad power levels I'd just get on with using it but currently I'm only getting 10mb which is unacceptable. Generally runs at 100mb for most of the day with the odd drop in connection speed lasting between 1min to an hour (ish) but will run at between 6mb - 10mb all evening,

if it wasn't for the bad power levels I would probably assume it's an oversubscription issue in my area but if there's a chance correcting my power levels will fix it I'm going to try that rather than making do with a bad connection. I could stick with infinity if i was happy with a sub 40mb connection lol.
Like I said, power levels won't cause slow speeds only during peak time. So you definitely have either an over-utilisation issue, or an SNR fault. SNR fault's aren't peak time specific either, they're intermittent and random. So guess what is most likely... Sorry for the bad news.
