JEREMY Clarkson has been forced to say sorry to a producer he punched in a rage over hot food as he settles a £100,000 lawsuit.
Producer Oisin Tymon took out a six-figure racial discrimination and personal injury claim against Clarkson and the BBC after the outburst last November.
Clarkson said: "I would like to say sorry, once again, to Oisin Tymon for the incident and its regrettable aftermath.
"I want to reiterate none of this was in any way his fault."
