One of the problems BT have is that when they did a deal with AMC, many of AMC's current shows, already had UK broadcasters.

BT may have to wait a few years for when completely new shows are filling AMC's schedules, which I assume BT will have first run UK rights to.
BT may be happy to do this because, like HBO did for Sky, one of BT's reasons for doing the deal with AMC, is that it gives the impression of perceived quality branded content being available on their network.
I think Channel 4 have the uk rights to humans.
BT are already losing FOX at the end of this month which could be a big blow for them tv wise, unless BT have something lined up maybe TCM or something similar might keep a few happy.
