Hi,does anyone have an update on this as I still have very few in hd. Very poor, I think of virgin to leave customers without what is really a basic expectation nowadays.
just to add I am not getting any error codes, there just not there! I did read the replies given on the virgin community, but it seems it's been like this for about 3 months now!
