The trouble with that map is that you cant tell anything about the service quality. Today on my VM connection I am working from home and getting a solid connection with no problems. If I do a speedtest on a wired connection I will get between 140Mb and 160Mb which is great. if I do the same test at 20:00 I will get between 5Mb and 15B at best with 100ms+pings.
I know most of speedtest results for the VM connection in my postcode are from me and they tell a misleading story about my BB connection
