A VM Tech installed SG TCP Optimiser onto my PC.

Under general settings set the slider to 100+mbps and set "optimal settings".

My 100mbps connection was solid until the free upgrade to 150mbps. It then dropped to 85mbps.

This program has solved my speed problem altogether!
