I presume i will not need a engineer callout to my home for this fault
I presume i will have to phone in again in 24hrs if nothing has happened
The lady at the call centre said she had not had any other reports of this problem and was going to wait and see if anybody else was going to report this
would there be any sort of fix time for this
The service status for my area on the virgin media website says no known issues/problems for TV
