They are doing a massive upgrade at the headend in reading consisiting of a large amount of building work, the utilization i have seen is in RG42, RG41, RG40, RG10, RG12, RG1, RG2, RG5, RG4, RG30, RG31 ... That is the areas i cover, other techs have seen it elsewhere which is also backed up by networks... so this is a network wide issue in Thames Valley ... my source...
