I think this a good way to do it. First of all they're children so higher priority, then there is the fact they're being taken from outside the EU so little incentive to make it over and also any integration problems are likely to be avoided as they're grow up in the UK.

Well 'we' know that better than most don't we - it's just a sop to the general public. There's no way it will happen, as has been the case here, most of them will either disappear or set about building the 'family ties' they know will prevent them being sent anywhere. I'd be surprised if even 10% will ever be removed. The word has long got out to the world and his wife that in Europe, occupation is nine tenths of the law.
