Any email strongly recommending you to update your profile, which includes a link to a form where you can hand over all your lovely personal details, is deeply suspicious.
Sometimes it helps to check the message headers to see the email address it originated from (not the reply-to address, which can be different, and a legitimate one for the company being spoofed).
A sender address from a phishing scammer will often look similar to the official email of the company being spoofed, but be subtly different in spelling, punctuation or some other way.
