Well, if they
want to ban you, they can, but banning a customer for complaining wont end well. Ask for notice of this ban in writing with the reasoning. Send this letter to the media, and watch it blow up in their face.
If all customers were banned from shops because of getting a bit miffed by bad Customer Service then I think half of the population would be in trouble.
