We never received a letter about the coming price rise, I thought we would have had one by now.

We have 200Mb and their basic phone. I don't think broadband is going up but the phone line rental is so I assume it'll be £1 more a month.
We pay £45.99 at the moment with a £6 loyalty discount so I assume it will be £46.99 in February.

They sure do seem to be getting expensive...

(It'd help if my mother agreed to use direct debit, but saving £5 a month more isn't something she seems to care much about). I think that payment fee is a right rip.
