It maybe a Hub3 problem as the firmware still has issues, if i was you i would make a detailed post of your issue on the VM forum making sure they know it is a Hub 3, i am sure future firmware updates will fix the issues people are having.

Upnp doesn't currently work on the Hub3 so if it needs that then that is your problem, i myself am not really knowledgeable in these details but others on the VM forum will be.

If you have a router then drop it into modem mode until the issues get fixed.
