Re: help needed
are you using a wired pc for it or a wireless tablet/laptop? The shubs are famous for locking up when you put a huge load on the wireless but this is the first time I have seen shub2ac do it. If you are using a wired pc I would suggest you put the shub in modem mode and see if acestream still works (none of your other devices will). If it does then the only solution to the problem is leave the shub in modem mode and buy a proper router.
