Follow the rules of engagement and there should be no problems
From the article I read yesterday it appears that there is currently evidence to suggest that murder and torture have taken place therefore investigation and if deemed fit trial/court martial should take place.

Just because the Iraqi regime/ISIL were/are complete *******s doesn't give us carte blanche to act as we see fit

All so easy to say when you're not in the thick of it though
