Nobody can condone theft but some people do seem to be remarkably relaxed about their security whether it's online (e.g. not bothering with PINS , AV etc.) or their property with poor locks, items left in clear view, keys accessible, windows/doors unlocked or whatever.

We have our trusty next door neighbours looking after our place while we are up here with family.
